I have been stagnent for a long while. Climbing hasn’t progress onto another level. Kayaking i’m still stuck at level 1 while the rest have moved up to level 2. Running timing i’m getting slower. Fitness wise i’m getting fatter.
Time to step up.
SSC is organising this seminar in SMU. I’m not sure if this is the first time this is happening, but i reckon that the remainder of the day is goning to be very informative. I have already decided what i am going to attend. Water based rehab, followed by sports nutrition, and then go climb a bit at the sports hall.
I attended this event on my own basis, hence the choice of seminar topics to attend is entirely personal as well. Giving sports marketing and events management a miss here because i am not on a mission. I am on a self discovery journey today.
At the end of the day, i am going to put on my Superman t-shirt and walk out of the admin block with a totally new recognition of myself.
