Jessia Simpson - A Public Affair

Nice song. It stuck to my head from the constant playing over a couple of months on Perfect 10 when i am in the car…

Sakae Sushi Buffet

I is like the school days one. Just hate week 14 and 15.

So to escape temporary from this misery, last sat Mrs Chongky and i went for Supper Buffet at Marina Sq Sakae Sushi. You see… we hate making ourselves fat, as much as we love sushi and eating. But being fat is definitely better than mugging for exams. Moreover, supper buffet only costs $16 nett. Around the same price as buffet at other timing.

So that’s how we cleared 38 colour plates and 2 red plates.

Part of the plate collection

After going to Sakae Sushi so many times, i hardly orde red plates. So here goes…

Raw scallop that actually taste quite good

Avocado sushi that’s not anywhere near fanastic

There’s new item on the side dish menu - chicken mayo salad (it comes with avocado too)

Halfway through dinner, i dropped one sushi onto the saucer and hence created this artistic impression on the table. With an exception of one drop of soya sauce on my shirt, everything else escaped.

Fried salmon is nice too. I forgot the name of the dish, but it’s on the side item menue.

First time we find such big pieces

For practical reason, i don’t pose. I prefer to munch away.

Throughout the two hours, i hardly breath. Reason - blocked nose and mouth constantly occupied by food.

Full collection of plates, minus chawamushi and stuff, new record of combined 38 vs personal best of 25 plus desert plus udon

It’s ok. If i have to be fat, i would rather that i be happily fat.

Russian Bodybuilder / Dancer / Popper

I have always wanted to be a bodybuilder. If only i don’t have any medical condition.

And check out the biggest bodybuilder around!

Gosh i feel so tiny.

Chongky, the Chinese Dancer

Last Friday marks the last lesson of Dance: East and West. As with other performance based GE, the class put up a performance to showcase what we have learnt this sem (minus the knowledge part).

And that’s me, Chongky the Chinese Dancer. The costume is from chinese opera, kindly loaned to us by the choreographer, Mrs Joanna Wong. Prof is power resourceful and she invited all the prominent people to coach us in dance.

Joanna Wong is the artistic director of Chinese Theatre Circle (i hope i got the english name correct). I wasn’t aware of this until i got her namecard after the performance. The english name didn’t make much sense, but the chinese one rings a bell. It is the most active group in Singapore in my impression after 20 years of reading lian he zao bao.

Caren (i forgot her surname), who taught the modern dance part used to perform full-time, before she lectures at NAFA or La-Salle.

Prof herself taught Indian dance, and she is indeed quite good in it.

And here’s another photo of my chinese dance group.

The wonderful group mates for the most interesting module this sem. Even though as usual, the group is never on time. Haha…

Chongky plays game (in Wk 14)

Some brain exercise to keep it working hard even when you are relaxing.

I love coffee

Don’t you?

Ernie?

Which idot doesn’t watch Sesame Street at all? I look like Ernie?

Chongky is Mighty

Good night

Good night mummy and daddy and didi. Good night everyone.
