Just shitted. All i had to eat today are 2 ham sandwiches and 1 apple. Not that i am not hungry. I am. So that’s why i just munched 2 fun pack of peanut M&Ms. Haha…
The other interns were shocked by the M&Ms. Knowing how keen i am to shed some fats, and M&Ms isn’t the most healthy snack around, i can’t fault them for being surprised.
6 more working days to the end of internship. Excluding today. HR dept just backpaid what they have screwed up from last mth’s pay. I have handed over some jobs to a contract staff. I have some jobs on my hand but i am not exactly in the most motivated mood.
Mrs Chongky is finishing her internship tomorrow. Climbing training on tues has been shifted to afternoon. How i wish i can finish my internship this week too. Logically i could, since i have completed my 10 weeks of internship. But all my life i have been trying to be responsible. Not that i am irresponsible, but i always make sure my actions or decisions are deem to be responsible at least by myself.
That’s why i don’t push my job to the contract staff. That’s why i make sure i finish my 11 weeks of internship as agreed when i came for the interview.
Popped by Climb Asia yesterday. Because it is a public holiday and we have the urge to climb and we missed climbing on tues. We went shopping in the earlier part of the day, so by the time we are ready to climb only Climb Asia remains operational on the public holiday.
I had the impression that it should be a nice place to climb in, especially after hearing it being mentioned on and there online. However i was proved mistaken when i get my ass down to Rangoon road. It is just a small shophouse and there is only space for two person to climb at the same time on the top rope wall. The rest of the wall is taken up by boundering wall, even though the space is not big to begin with.
Both storeys were clogged with climbers seated on the mattress. The sweat smell lingered in the air, as if it has never dissipated since the establishment started business. All these despite the entire place isn’t air-conditioned.
We stood at the door and Mrs Chongky wanted to leave. I decided that since we are there might as well take a good look. I’m glad i did. I have decided the place isn’t fit for business. I won’t even want to climb there, neither will i encourage people to go either. There are better places else where, even if it means being exposed to the element.
At least no funky smell lingers.
Mrs Chongky misses Camp5. Me too. How i wish i am actually rich. So i can convert an entire shopping mall into climbing gym. Muahaha…
